Australia had become obsessed with how fitness looks. 68% of Australians quit exercise because they don’t see physical change fast enough. Fitness First wanted to keep Australia motivated by demonstrating that fitness is more than just how you look. Over 12 weeks we filmed a unique social experiment where 3 unfit people took up fitness and 3 of the fittest gave it up. To examine the psychological benefits of fitness, the experiment never focused on their bodies.
